OUR MISSION

To facilitate a process to permanent housing for those that are classified as homeless or at risk homeless by providing supportive housing combined with individualized supportive services

Serendipity Recovery offer housing options for homeless or at-risk homeless individuals with mental illness and/or substance abuse issues people living with HIV and Veterans seeking recovery who want to live independently in their communities. Serendipity Recovery offers individualized supportive services and tailored housing solutions with the goal of the individuals served to obtain and maintain affordable housing.

The Serendipity Recovery program helps people become self-sufficient by building alliances with affordable housing providers and other community linkages that serve eligible individuals; developing innovative programs to reduce the need to return to emergency systems of care in the community; also encouraging self-directed care by providing support to the individual in order for the individual to transition from homelessness to independent living.

Individuals must show some level of commitment to the program by signing up for benefits, attending treatment, participating in community activities, and beginning to actively work toward volunteering or employment (based on individual skills and preferences).
